September 28th is National Good Neighbor Day. This is an ideal day to go introduce yourself to your neighbors if you haven’t yet met them.
And, for those you know, check in on them and see if they need any help. For example, maybe an elderly neighbor could use some help in the yard or another neighbor could use assistance with dog sitting or babysitting.
It’s a good time to ask and see what you can do. Or, if you have a neighbor that you didn’t get along with, today is the day to see if you can mend those fences.
