We’ve always been proud at the efforts of our community here in Denver to get behind causes and make a difference, and Breast Cancer Awareness Month is one of those causes where we host so many events each year.

While the pandemic has led us to make some changes, including virtual events, we are still ready to do our share to spread awareness and lend support to those in community who are fighting breast cancer.

If you are not sure what you can do here in Denver to make a difference, here are some ways to personally get involved in Breast Cancer Awareness Month:

  • Use your social media accounts to share information, stories, and organizations and causes that are important in the fight against breast cancer.
  • Reach out to local Denver organizations to see how you can donate or volunteer to their efforts to support breast cancer patients.
  • Get your own mammogram and early screening as well as encourage others to do the same.
  • Help those you personally know who are fighting breast cancer by doing things that allow them to focus on their fight.
