Monday, September 28th is National Good Neighbor Day.
This is your day to say thanks to your great neighbors, mend fences with those that you may not get along with, or welcome new residents to the community.
Being good neighbors is a way to create that sense of community that means we all look out for each other and can help ensure a safe and secure neighborhood.
To celebrate this special day, we have some great gift ideas to share with your neighbors:
- The Sunny Celebrations Bouquet offers sunflowers, green button poms, solidago and bupleurum along with many yellow flowers, including carnations, roses, and daisy poms. These are displayed in a cylinder vase that has been wrapped with a yellow satin ribbon.
- The Golden Visions Bouquet has sunflowers, solidago, bupleurum, and yellow flowers like carnations, roses, and daisy poms. These fresh flowers are arranged in an oval-shaped clear glass vase that has been wrapped with an aspidistra leaf.
- The Colorado Sunrise Bouquet has a brilliant display of bright blue hydrangea, dark orange Asiatic lilies, bi-color yellow and orange roses and miniature calla lilies. The bouquet is arranged in a weathered oak planter.
- The Cheerful Wishes Basket features purple roses, carnations, lisianthus and stock along with lavender daisy poms and stock as well as green button poms, statice, and dusty miller. All of these blooms are hand arranged in a splitwood-handled basket.
- The Bowl of Sunshine is a stunning display that offers a bubble bowl filled with yellow calla lilies that have been placed around green hydrangea. Both are intertwined with curly willow.
In addition to these floral choices, we have a wide range of gift baskets, including many that feature local Denver products.
For example, the Go Local Gourmet Basket with Fruit has delicious food items from local Denver farms and local Denver companies.
This basket has applesauce, pear sauce, high desert peppers, toffee, sour balls and peach drops as well as 27 pieces of seasonal fruit that might include red and green apples, grapefruit, oranges, kiwi and pineapple.
Local Denver deliveries bring al these items and more to your neighbors.
Of course, you can also shop at our local Denver flower shop and pick something up to personally hand to your neighbors!
