Show Your Support for Veteran’s Day

Veteran’s Day is Tuesday, November 11th, but the city of Denver is hosting many special events this weekend where you can show your support for veterans. The activities kick off on Saturday, November 8th with a number of fun events for the whole family: 5K & 10K Run The special events kick off with a 5K and 10K run sponsored by Toyota. At 7am, the 5K and 10K runs begin, starting on the Auraria Campus and ending at Civic Center Park. Remembrance Ceremony Later, there will be a roll call reading of local fallen heroes followed by a brief moment of silence to ignite the passion and patriotism we all hold inside.
